Salary Range: $30 – $48.75 per hour

Description: Red Apple Association is seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Personal Coaches. In this role, you will provide one-on-one coaching to clients seeking personal growth, career development, stress management, and more. Our coaches empower clients to achieve their goals, overcome obstacles, and unlock their full potential. This position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with clients via phone, video call, or online chat.
• Listen actively to clients’ concerns, goals, and challenges, providing guidance and support.
• Develop personalized coaching plans tailored to each client’s needs and objectives.
• Assist clients in setting and achieving actionable goals, tracking progress, and overcoming obstacles.
• Offer motivation, encouragement, and accountability to help clients stay focused and committed to their growth journey.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress notes.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in coaching or mentoring.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Strong empathy and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients.
• Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently.
• Associate’s degree preferred (not required for entry-level positions).
• Coaching certifications (e.g., ICF, IAC, or equivalent) a plus.
• Willingness to pursue additional certifications and professional development opportunities.
